I may also collect information from other sources, such as when you are referred to me by another user. In this context, I may receive your name and contact details.
I may also receive information from third-party platforms, for example when you interact with my ads on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or Reddit, or when you interact with my social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Discord. Information I collect in this context may include information about how you interacted with an ad or third-party platform; information about your device; demographic information (e.g., age, interests); and geolocation data.
I also collect information when you connect to your account using an account maintained by a third party, such as a social media account (“Third-Party Account”). The Services collect information about you from your Third-Party Accounts in accordance with your permissions. When you connect or log in through a Third-Party Account like Facebook or Google, I receive information from that third party identifying your account (e.g., username or email address). I collect and store this information and use it to help you connect to the Services.
Connecting your account to a Third-Party Account is optional. You will have the opportunity to grant permission when you attempt to connect. You can revoke permission by logging into the Third-Party Account and disconnecting Tickle from there, and through the native applications on your mobile device. Please note that if you revoke permission for a Third-Party Account, I may retain the information I collected previously from the Third-Party Account provider (but the accounts will not be linked going forward).
I may also collect information that is available on the Internet or from other publicly available sources to evaluate and improve my Services, including for model training and development.
I use information for the following purposes:
I may combine information collected through the Services with information obtained from other sources. I may also aggregate or de-identify information. I may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified data for a number of purposes, including research and marketing. To the extent I de-identify data so it is no longer reasonably linkable to an individual or household, I will maintain and use such data in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it (except for the purpose of confirming it is de-identified).
I may disclose information in any of the following circumstances:

Certain actions you take might result in your content being made available to others, including the public. For example, if you create or share “public” Characters or a “public” Voice, I may make that content available and visible to others.
I may disclose certain information if I believe in good faith that doing so is necessary or appropriate to comply with law enforcement, legal, or regulatory process, such as responding to a warrant, subpoena, court order, or other applicable laws and regulations.
I may disclose certain information in connection with (or during negotiations for) any merger, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or a portion of my business to another person or entity.
I may make additional disclosures of your information to third parties when you direct me to do so (for example, referrals you initiate).
I offer you certain choices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
You may delete your account through your account profile page (if available). You may also verify, correct, update, or delete certain information through your account profile page.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the directions in those emails. Please note that if you unsubscribe, I may still send administrative emails regarding the Services (e.g., notices of updates to Terms or this Policy).

The services are for adults only and are not permitted for minors in any country or region. For purposes of this Policy, a “minor” means anyone under the age of 18.
I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a minor, do not use the Services or provide any personal information.

If a Character you create is made available to other users, I reserve the right to preserve that Character’s characteristics and keep that Character active, even if you delete your account or data. I do this to avoid impacting other users’ experience. To help ensure I do not retain information about you when this occurs, please avoid including personal information in Character creation if you plan to make that Character public.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. I am not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their collection, use, and disclosure of your information will be subject to their privacy policies, not this Policy. Please read third-party privacy and security policies before providing information to them.
I may update this Policy from time to time. I will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top. If I make a material change, I will provide appropriate notice in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., by email or prominent posting in the Services). By continuing to use the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood the latest version of this Policy.
